Horrible place they prolong/prolonged my treatment! Heidi which is the doctor I was seeing to apparently start treatment she told me she got my blood work and so she's told me I would be starting treatment in 1 month if there's any hiccups she said she would call me well She hasn't called me this whole month so I was excited that I would be starting my treatment today well ya you guessed right that's not at all what was happening!! This place needs new management. They told me they were in-network with TRICARE. I called to tell them they needed to update their information with TRICARE because TRICARE had their old location/information on file. If they didn't have correct info, it wouldn't be covered. Rather than opt to fix the problem, they just canceled my appointment. I waited almost 3 months for this. I'd file a grievance against them but they'll probably lose that too.

Dr McVay was amazing. However, the scheduling team and billing team are unprofessional, just outright rude. They had my mailing address incorrect, alleging that they had sent me statements that I had never received, and referred me to a collection agency. The billing person was very abrasive on the phone and refused to send me a copy of the statement and/or proof of mailing. Luckily, I don't have to go back to this hostile business. Zero accountability for mishandling the billing.

Extremely disappointed with the complete lack of communication and accountability at Rocky Mountain Gastroenterology. I scheduled two separate appointments, both intended to be telehealth, and never received a link either time. For the first appointment, I called at the time of the appointment when no link arrived. Only to be told it had to be canceled and rescheduled, with no prior communication from the office. The second appointment was supposedly rescheduled as telehealth, but again, I received no link. Terrible experience. Horrible customer service. The physician has been ignoring my calls and inquires regarding an inproper billing. It has gotten to a point where they are going to send it to collections and have a negative impact on my credit score. This is an evil practice with zero accountability. Unbelievably disappointed.
