From the start, we had a very poor experience with RMFC. They waited until ten minutes before the video appointment to let us know forms were missing on our patient portal and to set up a payment. They set everything in motion without setting any financial plans or letting us know that the total cost was due before egg retrieval. Sent my wife two hours away for bloodwork only for her to arrive and be told that her orders were never received; then she could not contact anyone at the clinic to have them resolve the situation. ... read more

Dr. Smith and the nurses were amazing. I loved that Dr. Smith performed every ultrasound and she would often call me herself to discuss the progress after the egg retrieval or the ultrasound results when I had to get them at a different clinic. I now have 6 week old twins. I definitely recommend this clinic.

Absolutely love Dr Smith, Angela and Melanie. They saw me on my worst days and gave us comfort through our infertility journey. (3/2012 - 8/2017) They treated us like family, they fought along side us when we had insurance issues. We will be forever grateful for them. We have a beautiful, healthy and happy 4 year old. (almost her bday is 11/22) Unfortunately my body did not cooperate the 2nd time around. I couldn't be happier with Dr.Smith and Angela. I previously had a failed ivf with a different clinic in the springs. But I never saw the RE (reproductive endocronolgist)until my transfer day. What I love most is Dr.Smith does every ultrasound, lining check, Egg retrieval, transfer herself. She really gives you the personal attention that a clinic should give. Also she never gives up. Initially when my husband and I began our search for a fertility specialist, I typed "IVF Colorado" into googles search engine. Rocky Mountain Fertility Center was first listed first in the search results, we checked out their website, then a few others just for comparison. We were immediately impressed with Rocky Mountain above all the others. We were even more impressed when we began working with Dr. Smith, our nurse Angela & all of the staff at the center.
