Trouble w/Pueblo office billing me in error, then Canon City office denying me services illegally and being very RUDE. I really like Dr. Morrisey, but refuse to be treated so poorly due to their greedy mistakes in billing any insurance they see in your file, even though you clearly state you no longer have it! Going elsewhere now!
This place is the worst for ppl not caring about your time. It's an hour wait minimum even with an appt. Even when you get checked in others that come in after you will be seen before you they're excuse is ppl are here for different things. Follow up appt for my dad just took an Hour and a Half. Wow really. I recommend Skyline eye center if you want to actually see today.
High priced and took 3 weeks to put lenses in my wife's frames after telling us it would be less than 2 weeks. When the glasses were ready, we were instructed not to show up between 12:30-1:30 because that's lunch time, so we showed up at 3:00 and we're still waiting here at 3:40
Horrible with kids. The staff tried to rush my 3 year old to identify the same picture over and over by telling her that the Dr. Needed to go to lunch! When we saw the Dr., she had no idea how to work with kids! She came in determined to have a diagnosis, then changed it drastically everytime my child moved. Had I stuck with the ever changing diagnosis for my child from here, she would've ruined her eyesight with glasses she didn't need.
