Ordered glasses 23 days ago, told at that time a 2 week wait for delivery. 2 phone calls unproductive, messages never returned. Walked in today. First sign says STOP wait to be called, finally called and told to sign-in, know one at desk for full wait time of 20/30 min. Finally just barged into a finished customer place, not my way. Clerk was helpful, friendly and was able to resolve this issue which was my phones lack of cooperation but would think after 10 days from there message another message could have been left. They canceled my appointment and didn’t tell me bad service
The staff at the center are great, however the doctor I saw missed the classes on patient are not a waste of time, they pay his salary. He needs to adjust his attitude. Would never go back to him.
