We paid this company over $700 last year to cut Christmas lights to the size of our house and hang them. Upon paying for this service, we were told they would store the lights for us and come back the following year (2022) and hang them for $300. We were recently sent an email inquiring if we would like to get on their list for $500 plus a $20 early bird discount. We were looking to expend our balcony and install a glass railing. We found Rocky Mountain Exteriors at the business expo in Boise in 2019. A sales rep came to our house and gave us an estimate to do what we wanted. He came out to our house the 1st of Nov, 2019. We signed a contract with Roy Lujan in the amount of $23,750.00 (we paid 1/2 of that upfront at the time we met with Roy Lujan) on Nov 5th, 2019.
