Dr. Lupo is an excellent doctor. I would recommend him. He did want surgery and I’m going back for another one. Great doctor.
Not good. Waiting for an hour in the office, charging $500 after lying about insurance not being covered. With new insurance they tried to send a bill instead of checking for insurance given, lazy. Wasted a lot of time and money.

I had a disappointing experience at Dr. Kelsall office. The doctor’s attitude was unprofessional and dismissive, making me feel rushed and unheard during my appointment. Additionally, the office staff were disorganized, leading to confusion with scheduling and check in. Worst of all, I waited over 45 minutes past my appointment time to be seen, for the second time which was frustrating and disrespectful of my time. I would not recommend this practice to others seeking attentive and efficient care.
