I had a disappointing experience at Dr. Kelsall office. The doctor’s attitude was unprofessional and dismissive, making me feel rushed and unheard during my appointment. Additionally, the office staff were disorganized, leading to confusion with scheduling and check in. Worst of all, I waited over 45 minutes past my appointment time to be seen, for the second time which was frustrating and disrespectful of my time. I would not recommend this practice to others seeking attentive and efficient care.

Horrible with time. They throw a fit if your a couple minutes late, but if you’re on time, you still have to wait for at least 30 minutes on average (sometimes an hour) before the doc even talks to you. Would not recommend. Drive a little further and get treated faster.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Kelsall and audiologist Allison Biever. My 15 month old son has bilateral hearing loss and has been wearing hearing aids since he was 7 weeks old. The team at RMEC is incredibly caring, helpful, and yes, busy for good reason. We are possibly approaching CI implantation for my toddler, and we would not hesitate moving forward under Dr. Kelsall’s care, if it comes to that.

Went to see Dr Kelsall for a plugged Eustachian Tube. After examination and he recommended an over counter medication. He didn’t allow time for follow up questions and didn’t do a great job explaining my issue. Wanted to see me in 6 weeks. I had to reschedule that appointment and couldn’t get in for 3 months. Front desk is generally hard to reach. After my follow up 5 month later I left feeling like I need to find another different provider.
