Dave is the most unprofessional person that I’ve ever dealt with. He was never great at communication but every time we did talk he reassured me he was going to start on our project on the specified date. We talked 5 days before the start of the project and again, he reassured us he was ready to go then 2 days later (3 days before we were supposed to start) he bailed on us. Then after we found someone new there was an error where the city was sending him the permit info. He texted me asking about it, I told him what happened... read more
