Seen the doctor 2 times in 6 years. All other visits were PA visits. Show up for a visit and was denied saying I need a referral from my doctor. Asked for my insurance cards back and the gal pulled away like she wanted to keep them. I said give me my cards! She gave them to me and called the manager to come speak to me. Manager explains that it is my fault and my insurances fault while poking her finger in my face as I'm sitting down. I made an entry earlier on that I gave him a scathing report and there was a misunderstanding so I'm putting five stars I apologize I just can't find where I'm at to delete the other one so this is more correct I apologize there was some misunderstandings so they've been pretty nice to me actually.
Dr. Smith called CPS on me so supposably I'm not taking care of my son's diabetes when I am it's not my fault that the reader they put him on isn't doing its job it's high so I finger poke him and it's at 125 like really. I'm going to the other Dr. There in the same building. But might take him to a different place.
The care that I receive from this facility is great and I have never had any problems with the staff. My biggest complaint is getting notified for appointments is terrible!! Life’s busy and I am terrible at appointments but every other office reminds me the day before my appointment and I hardly ever have a problem. This facility schedules you six months out and then sends a text a week before your appointment! Then if you miss the appointment they are like sorry we are a month out! I've been a type 1 diabetic for 15 years, I see my educator once a week now for my pregnancy (36 weeks). The nurses and receptionist have been horrible, not polite, don't know anything about my case and again I go once a week, they show zero support about anything to do with a patient, I was one time told I couldn't been seen because I had a small bill I shouldn't of had in the first place and a simple look into could've helped but they didn't seem to care or bother a bit.
