Outstanding patient care and very knowledgeable providers. Dr. Liljenquist and the rest of the staff are incredibly helpful. A huge bonus is how efficiently they manage the insurance and authorization process so you don't have to stress about the paperwork. Highly recommend this team for anyone looking for comprehensive, professional care.
The Dr will not & doesn't answer any of our questions & 1 of the so, called educators needs to find a new job. She tells you one thing then back peddles & LIES about what she said in first place. The Dr. Lies as well & thought they were suppose to HELP YOU UNDERSTAND DIABETES but, rather always CHANGE DOSES that totally messes up the sensor reading then BLAMES it on the parent & turns them into CPS. Dr Liljenquist is amazing! There are a few great nurses on staff too. Unfortunately everything else is difficult, communication and effort from the from some very is poor. Whether it’s billing, records requests, or general questions, many staff members seem frustrated to help along these lines and things that should be simple take weeks and often never happen unless you constantly try to contact them and push the issue. I had an appt for my child with Dr. Smith. I felt flustered due to car trouble and did not call to warn I was going to be late. My appt was at 1pm and I was told to arrive 15 min before. Well I arrived 2 minutes before 1pm. From the get go, reception was incredibly kind and checked us in. Then we were brought back by Stephanie who was very kind and considerate of my childs wheelchair needs when it came to getting his vitals.
