In the several years that I have been a patient, the medical providers and education team here have been amazing to work with, and the pharmacy staff are also A++, but the front desk staff, billing, and how phone calls are handled is truly awful. Everyone should take a moment to read the reviews for this facility—they speak for themselves. I have avoided writing this review for a long time because this center seems to be the only local option recommended by the VA. If I refuse to come here, my only choice is to drive all the way to Utah, which is incredibly inconvenient. Outstanding patient care and very knowledgeable providers. Dr. Liljenquist and the rest of the staff are incredibly helpful. A huge bonus is how efficiently they manage the insurance and authorization process so you don't have to stress about the paperwork. Highly recommend this team for anyone looking for comprehensive, professional care.
Dr Prior has been great, and my recent interaction with Wendy (one of the nurses) was extraordinarily meaningful. Beyond professionalism, she was super empathetic and went out of her way to be caring. She embodies the attributes of being an amazing nurse. Thanks for having such great staff!
