Waited in the waiting room for 40 mins past my appointment time. When I asked the front desk girl how much later they are running I was dismissed and reminded of my appointment time as if waiting around is common practice for their office. I am looking for a new dermatology office.
Nicholas Winn and his assistant Hannah were so kind & welcoming. I felt comfortable from the start. Dr. Winn is very professional, smart, & passionate about skin care, & performed my needed procedures well.
Friendly office staff, very informative about different procedures.
