Dr. Young is fantastic. I have loved going to see him. this would have been one star if it wasn't for him. This review is coming from my visit today. I saw one of his physicians and she was totally rude and didn't even come close to answering my question. The computer system was so messed up that they had no idea what medicine I was on and still to this point couldn't figure it out. I was pointing out a lump that was hurting really bad and I said "ok this one is bad." Her reply? "It's not bad. It might hurt but its not bad."... read more
From the moment I walked in to the moment I left every staff member I met was friendly, kind and informative. They helped me with my skin issues and took great care to explain everything to me. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I was very disappointed with my visit. The front desk staff was rude and abrupt. My appointment was with the physician assistant, Craig, and he had an attitude with me the entire time. In fact, he couldn't even be bothered to know what I was there to see him about. He made a snotty comment about me being there for "something cosmetic." Come on, for a signifcant sum of money and 20 minutes of your time, you can't read the paper to see what I'm there to see you for?
