Okay customer service, one of their guys was a little bit rude the ladies at the front desk were okay but they took back their stamps and charged me for concrete being on them when they took them in and said they were okay and check them off and then charge me for it later will never go back to them again...... Consulted their ‘expert’ rep about our microcement bathroom, and bought the recommended sealant to make it completely waterproof. Followed all directions, and even did more layers than technically needed after they told us it had to be user error. Now after doing more research, I have seen that the type of sealant they sold us is NOT good enough to be completely waterproof on microcement. Spent the past month creating a patio. Went in and asked very specific questions about concrete stain. was given an explanation on how to use product. Followed the directions to a few and the color was completely different than what we were sold. @$89 a bottle I returned the remainder of the product and explained what had occurred and provided pics to the salesman.
