I stopped by to get some help with decision making on our stamped patio project. It’s so difficult to find images online, but Raúl and his family helped us tremendously by showing us some in-store examples. We were able to see colors in person and feel the actual stamp textures in the showroom which made our decision much easier. It’s always evident when families take pride in family owned businesses and that was certainly true today! Would 10/10 recommend.

Rented a stamp from here that was ripped when we picked it up, when I returned said stamp, it was confirmed that it was ripped when we had picked it up and we were still required to pay for damage that was already there.

Scammed me by giving me a ripped stamp then charging me 300 dollars to pay for a new one for them. I then said is that what you do to your customers and Raul said and tried to call the police when I refused. I will be taking legal action anyone this has happened to should as well

Okay customer service, one of their guys was a little bit rude the ladies at the front desk were okay but they took back their stamps and charged me for concrete being on them when they took them in and said they were okay and check them off and then charge me for it later will never go back to them again...... And sorry no, I was not notified that there was concrete on the stamps I even helped the guy load them on the pallet and he said okay you're good to go and I said okay what about my money for the release and he said i... read more
