Don't waste your time with the service department. They are over priced for convenience purposes only. Make the drive down to Fuel Motorsports off of Palmer Park. RMCP quoted me $48 for a new tube and mounting tire, with a 2 day turn around. Fuel Motorsports will do the exact same work for $32 and a 15 minute turn around. Not only are the prices jacked up in the Monument store, the service department has terrible customer service and is out right ill-mannered and disrespectful. I never owned a bike before but finally did after 60 years. Learned how to ride in high school with a buddy who had a little Honda. Bought a used Yamaha VStar from sons of an old guy who passed away. Bike was in great condition with low mileage but the tires were square. If you've had badly worn tires you know what I mean; like Flintstone tires, very difficult to stear. The worst customer service experience I've ever had! Not only that but the tech that worked on my brand new 2020 kx250...didn't know what the he'll he was doing. I took it home the first time and had three stripped plastic bolts, stripped chain adjustment screw, missing exhaust clamps and my bars were not set correctly. Have a 2005 Honda cbr 600rr Has been an amazing bike! Never have had issues with it at all! Toke it to Rocky Mountain plaza in the springs and did a oil change from them for the first time and after that my bike had a oil light that kept coming on. New Ryder and wasn’t sure what to do I rode it after asking a few people. Well doing 40mph it decides to come on again and my bike just shuts off and I wrecked. I received a call by the sister of Mr. Whitt on approximately Wednesday 23, 2021. She advised that her brother had an accident caused by an oil change that we had performed on 05/29/21. She stated the motorcycle a 2005 Honda CBR600RR we changed the oil in was low on oil causing the motorcycle to lockup and the rider Mr. Whitt to fall.
