I really wanted to give Rocky Mountain Credit Union my business and I was seeking a loan through them, I got a call from their loan officer Michelle and she seemed so incredibly uninterested in even having a conversation with me, She seemed extremely standoffish on the phone and basically shot my Request down for a loan immediately with out even getting my Information. My wife and I came in hoping to refinance our vehicle. We sat down in the waiting room and waited for 15 minutes before walking out. I spoke with the teller because I also wanted to deposit two checks that I had. I gave up my lunch hour to be ignored in this branch. I can honestly say, being ignored like this is a first for me. Perhaps I’ll look into seeking a loan with another bank, one that is eager to do business with me.

Consistently understaffed. Last 3 of 5 times is was over 20 min wait. Nice people but closes at 4:30 on a Friday?!?!?! Obviously not for working people. Intrepid is much better
Signed up for a new account online spoke to a representative on a Tuesday and went in the following Monday on my off day to sign new paperwork and make a deposit, they were the most unfriendly unhelpful customer service banking reps I have ever dealt with.. call back the following day because I left due to them not knowing anything and they still could not help me why would you offer online banking or to set up new accounts when you go to the bank credit union and they are rude to you and they don't help you!!
