My preschool age daughter was denied entry because she was unable to wear a mask due to a disability/special needs. Staff was very rude about it. We will not shop here in the future.
I will no longer visit this location. I understand the mask policy but when someone is unable to wear a mask (medically) it is unnecessary to repeatedly tell someone they have to cover their nose (mouth was covered). the employee was very rude.
Extremely rude staff. Would not return. Would like to have a manager give me a call or message if they receive this note.
