I was in there with my son and friend yesterday, 1/30/2021 @ 3:30pm. There was three people working, two by the entrance chit-chatting away, a bit louder than they should be, and one girl behind the counter. NOT ONE PERSON said hello, offered to assist us in our purchase, or shall I say, offer to assist us for them to make money for our purchase. We came here with our kids and the place was very clean, only allows 3 people inside at a time due to COVID restrictions which was great and the staff friendly and knowledgeable

Chocolate is delicious, creamy, and everything I bought tasted amazing. However, I will never buy from them again, and if I hadn't already gotten my housemates excited for chocolate I would have walked out. The ladies working there were so rude, and not just to me. The couple before me were surprised about the $5 card minimum, and missed the sign, it happens. The worst customer service experience I have ever had. Yes we were greeted and then the 2 ladies working behind the counter just kept talking amongst each other not acknowledging us anymore as we are waiting to ask for our stuff. Another customer walks in they greet him and ask if he would like help. I told them I have been waiting to place my order and their response to me was well we were waiting for you to come up to order and that I need to go to the counter to order.
