Doug was inaccurate, disrespectful and a complete waste of my time. He brings a 25 foot chimney liner out for a 100 foot job then gives me a bunch of attitude. Their prices are expensive and they do not follow through on their work. I found Doug to be incompetent and would not recommend anyone ever hire this company.
Really good experience - would use again . Levi was awesome - very nice and detailed. Explained what he needed to do and took before and after pictures .
Our experience with Rocky Mountain Chimney Solutions has been very good. Doug was our specialist who came to our home twice--first to inspect and assess our fireplace/chimney, and then to perform the required work the following week. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. I would recommend this business.
