I'm really upset that I go to this cancer center and the doctor refused to write me a medical doctor's note.Saying I should stay away from cigarette smoke. I was basically asking for a medical accommodation letter which the doctor refused to provide me with for my personal circumstances. The smoke is exacerbating my symptoms. I am very unhappy that I could not get even the simplest of things accomplished during my visit.
