Everyone at RMC has been kind and caring. If I have questions, issues that need to be addressed, or problems to discuss; I can get answers. They actually answer the phone and someone will help you. Someone actually answering the phone is almost unheard of these days, but they do answer and then they get an answer to your question/issue/problem.
