I ordered balloons for a birthday surprise for my fiancée and specifically requested that they be delivered no later than 3:00 PM, as our hotel check-in was at 4:00 PM. When we arrived at the hotel at 4:00 PM, the front desk informed us that no balloons had been delivered. At that point, the surprise had already been ruined, and I had no explanation as to why the delivery had not arrived within the agreed-upon delivery window of 10:00 AM–3:00 PM. Rocky Mountain Balloons did an amazing job for the graduation party I hosted! They were able to take care of everything — from setup to styling — so I could actually enjoy the day and be present with friends and family. The design was beautiful and totally on theme, and working with them was super easy and stress-free. I can’t recommend them enough!
I have used Rocky Mountain balloons in the past and had no issues. For my baby shower I had organized this weekend however, they assured me that they would be there 1.5-2 hours ahead of the party time. They ended up rescheduling all morning as to when they would be arriving causing me to have to wait around at the venue until the very last minute. I have ordered a birthday garland, a graduation garland, and at least three balloon bouquets! I keep coming back for more because they are incredible artists and people! You can tell they both put so much time and effort into their business and into the community and I appreciate how quick they are to get back to submission requests and how friendly they are every time I see them! It is obvious that they love what they are doing! 10 stars!
