Getting my truck was easy and fast. Some things were wrong with the truck, but they were more than happy to fix it, as they love having their customers get the best experience. :D (The truck I got from this lot is in the left) Edit: after having this truck for a while, I realized they gave it to me for cheaper because of how messed up it was. So I will continue sharing my experience about this place.After 20,000 cash and my car having been in the service department longer than I had it.My out of pocket after I left the lot.4 new tires,new battery,new window seal.new seat belt buckle.Original had been SUPER GLUED MIRROR OUTSIDE DRIVER DOOR replaced. Once again had been SUPER GLUED AND ALMOST ANOTHER THOUSAND DOLLARS. AFTER REPEATED EMAILS TO THE MANAGER SERVICE MANAGER. I will Never Ever purchase Another car From this Place Ever again! DONT GO TO THEM OR THEIR SERVICES DEPARTMENT! THEY LIE! WE EVEN BOUGHT THE WARRENTY FOR THE CAR WHEN WE PURCHASED THE CAR. MY HUBBY AND I HAVE CALLED THE WARRENTY COMPANY AND THEY SAID THAT THEY DECLINED THE HEATING CORE FIX BCUZ THEY SAID THAT THERE IS A CLOG IN FRONT OF THE HEATING CORE! BECAUSE THEY PUT CLOG INFRONT OF SAYING THE HEATING CORE IS THE ISSUE AND ARE TRYING TO CHARGE US ALMOST 3K TO FIX THIS CAR... I THINK I SHOULD HIRE A LAWYER FOR THIS .... ... read more
