Rocky Mountain Audio Visual is one of the worst companies I've ever worked for, there was constant yelling, apparent Osha violations, dangerous and unorthadox working conditions, late or no pay checks, constant accusations of theft directed towards me, and general lack of professionalism, but you know what the owner Mike Nelson told me when I brought some of these things to his attention..."This is a really fun job!" After hearing only positive things about RMAV, I reached out to them to get a proposal for new Audio, Visual, and Lighting components of a major sanctuary renovation at First Presbyterian Church. After immediately scheduling and attending a meeting with me, they never followed-up (over a year). After emailing and calling numerous times it was confirmed they were still interested in the project, but still no deliverables or proposals were produced.
