Here is 5 stars just because some people you just cannot please and after researching this company the bad reviews that are for this company should be removed because they are obviously made to hurt such a business and have no backbone to them. So leave the accusations out of the reviews Karen. This is a solid company! I recommend to anyone with a pool or spa.
Patrick is the man. In an hour I I learned more and received better customer service than in 2 years with rimrock pools
They stole. They run they don’t deliver. That’s honesty. Worked with us at a former place of work. They cleaned out the account. Stole a lap top. And tried to disappear… do not do businesses with this person.
I called to ask about setting up a time to clean my pool and if they were able to do an above ground pool. The gentleman was very polite and let me know where I can get a better pool vacuum and what type to get he also let me know that I could probably do this on my own but if I had any problems at all that I could call him for help. Most helpful and amazing man. Thank you so much.
