I had gotten a few quotes before reaching out to Riocky HVAC LLC. I felt that the Ryan (Technician/Sales) was open and honest and the prices based on what I need and not what they wanted to sell me. I wasnt looking for the top of the line gold series diamond encrusted unit. but wanted a modest /improved replacement that was just right for me and my family. Thank you for answering my call (TODAY), the quick evaluation, (TODAY) and Instal (Tomorrow). Most of all the great price.
Mr. Robert was helpful and Professional.The 2 guys that came today did a great job. Setting up my phone and thermostat excellent job
Great job efficiently done. Good price 2 years of labor covered nice cooling from a 3 ton Goodman unit and a 4 ton blower. Just didn't like the 3% Credit Card fee over unit and labor price.Highly recommended Rocky HVAC. Rocky rocks.
