Great job efficiently done. Good price 2 years of labor covered nice cooling from a 3 ton Goodman unit and a 4 ton blower. Just didn't like the 3% Credit Card fee over unit and labor price.Highly recommended Rocky HVAC. Rocky rocks.

Rocky started off fine. Pulled permits and had the rough in inspection completed. I paid in full after rough in and was expecting the final mechanical inspection sticker but he never scheduled it and now the mechanical permit has expired and I had to deal with a lot of issues with the city to get it done.

Greg, who assisted with the quote, had everything thoroughly measured and asked thoughtful questions to ensure the new equipment balanced my budget, comfort, and efficiency needs. Upon approval, the installation was scheduled quickly and completed by a friendly, professional crew.

Original install was great I was supposed to had them install a return vent in my basement on a specific wall. Well the slapped a vent cover on my plenum box and called it a day. Very Disappointed as I paid them in full without any issues. And that was supposed to be a part of our agreement. DISAPPOINTED
