I will shout it from the mountaintop to ALL people that I know to NEVER use Beltway Storage! I paid for 2 months, in cash, for a storage unit for my son while he was waiting to close on a new home. After we cleaned everything out, we made an extra trip up just to make sure it was clean and swept out and Rocky Gordon & Co. decided to NOT give our complete deposit back because they said we didn't sweep out unit. Worst long-standing reputation in Bismarck. Beware. No stars given.
They took over a storage unit we were renting. We were set up for automatic payments which they advised would continue when they took over. The auto payments did not come out, then they charged me for a late fee which they refused to adjust even though it was their error and not mine! They were very rude about it and sent a threatening letter saying they were selling the unit! We found alternate arrangements and moved out asap, at which time they billed us for "cleaning", even though we left it how it was when we found it. W... read more
DO NOT RENT FROM ROCKY GORDON AND COMPANY! Horrible almost condemned places. Support staff is very rude. And dont even think about walking in to there only office if you are a minority. The office manager told me "Were pretty full here, I mean you can fill out an application if you want but I doubt youll get anything" I do not know why how a slumlord like Rocky Gordon & Company can even still be in business.
Horrible landlords. When we started renting, we rented from a couple that owned the 4-plex, but Rocky Gordon bought the building so now we rent from them. Cannot wait to move and get away from them!
Awful landlord. Bad experience. Never rent from again.
