Eating places are wonderful. The concerts inside are terrible. You get a ticket you have to go in an hour early to get a seat. Handicap seating is not available and people stand up at the table so you can't see. Why don't they follow Charlestown you get online you get a seat reserved no matter what time you come the seat is yours. why do you have to come an hour early and then sometimes there's no seating! Of course no one reads these comments!
Staff was super nice. Just wish the place was a little bigger
We went on a Saturday (11/25/17) for breakfast at 10am. We all come from out of town for the holidays so there were 9 adults and 3 kids. It took them a half hour to seat us and finally were put in a room to ourselves so I’m not sure what the wait was about. Then were told there were no high chairs! They said they would bring them when available but that never happened. There were 4 tables in the room and were asked to sit in the 2 by the door instead of by the windows??!! Well maintained Clean rooms enjoyable would stay again
The casinos awesome don't get me wrong been there a few times.But this time was messed up we went to our room about 220 am to relax and came back down around 320am went through the casino got myself a bottle of bud.we then went outside so my wife could smoke and I could have a snuff.my wife wanted something so asked two guys standing by the munch if they served hamburgers there at this time.they told me yes so i ordered.then I wanted another beer befor I went to bed.the bartender looked at me funny and said the guy told her ... read more
Had a great time. Didn’t really win any money in the casino but had a great time anyway. Would like to see more of a heat source in the smoking section in the casino . Staff was very friendly, room was a little pricey , food was very good, and the room was nice and cozy.
My husband and I absolutely love visiting y’all. It doesn’t matter if we are winning or losing, my we have fun either way. The staff there has become more like family (the family you want to be around �)than employees of a casino we are visiting. They are funny, warm, entertaining, and do everything in their power to ensure everyone has a great time.
