Worst customer service ever. Supervisor felt it necessary to belittle me school over and over on why I had to been charged their transient rate. I came in with a promo stating it would be $89 a night and they charged me $50 more than what I thought I would have paid the previous night. Obviously their leadership has no authority to amend any of their rates to meet a promised rate that was understood the night before. Its wonderful, beautiful views, great drinks at the bar and grill, and its a Casino with slots far as the eye can see, they also have multiple blackjack tables. And much much more, great get a way Thanks to my sister, love u much

We went to Rocky Gap yesterday and again the machines were tight without any big wins. I had 30 free spins on max bet and won $17.80 which is insane because 26 of 30 spins had nothing matched up. I should have known after being there numerous times before this place hasn't changed a bit evident with the lack of cars in the parking lot on a Saturday afternoon. People are going to other casinos based on the poor r.o.i. but they are not twisting my arm to go here so we will be spending our time at Charlestown instead. Good luck... read more

When it comes to great customer service and customer care, Rocky Gap wins hands down! Everyone from the front desk to security to casino staff to restaurant staff is friendly and will go out of their way to make sure you have what you need and they do it with a smile!

It was a terrific day at the Gap. I can't complain after hitting a jackpot and leaving over $3000 up for the day. The new machines are fun to play and paid off well for me!

JUST stayed the night, had a relaxing FUN time.Food at Signatures was good,sounded better on menus, than what it was.Great view overlooking Lake,wanna come back in the spring or summer.
