Beautiful resort with a laid back feel. I have been to many casinos and this one is by far the best for table minimums and relaxation. I'd rather spend hours at the tables than 30 minutes. Wish you would bring back the other craps table. Due to social distancing I only had about 30 minutes losing. Ha! Rooms are great and the views are excellent. Everything there is broke from the roulette screen which has been down for a while now to the atms. plus i dont ever see any hand pays. how about not hiding the free play at the kiosks. i been coming to this place for a while now and only left up once !

wow! I use to love this place but it has became so unorganized with multiple inconvenience. I have used a few of the complementary rooms and have had others check in for me but now I'm required to be there to check in ( the kicker is the email they sent me says guest checking in must be 21 years or older but says nothing about it having to be me.) When it comes to free rooms, it is policy that you must check into that room if using a casino offer since offers are non-transferable. This is a standard and any casino property. We will also address the concerns with the front desk as well. All room calls should be responded to in a timely fashion. Also, please know that by not using your True Rewards card, it will impact any future offers you may receive.
It was one of the best courses I have played! More importantly- every single staff person was engaging, positive and incredibly helpful.
Had a amazing dinner tonight with some great people. Including the wonderful staff at the Resort and the General Manager Skyler Dice. LB's food was amazing. Afterwards we hit the casino. Thanks Again.
