it's a resort, casino, and a beautiful park
very nice place, alot to do!!!!
Been here a few times now!! Really awesome state of the art casino resort in a really cool tucked away area! Lots of great restaurants and bars on site fully staffed with great people. My only gripe is the tight slots but hey it's just a game, right?
The food was over priced and the service was poor. We actually complained about the service and did receive a comp for the restaurant. The tables in the casino had screens out so you could not see numbers.
This was my first time at the resort with friends. This place was absolutely beautiful for fall. The lake and changing of the leaves is breathtaking. We also enjoyed the spa. The nail service was not worth the money. I would not get that again. The massage was incredible. Justin was the massage therapist. I actually felt a good amount of lasting relief from this massage. My husband and I had a terrible experience, we were having beverages and snacks in the lobby at our table, one that we shared only between my husband and I, A young blonde haired security guard came up to us and told us that we had to put our mask on in between sips off our straws of our beverage, I asked the front desk clerk about this interaction and she apologized and said that that was not their policy, later on in our visit we were sitting at another table having beverages and a snack when an older out of shape security... read more
While trying to enjoy our stay, my wife and I were confronted by an over zealous younger security person. He stated that we had to wear our mask in between sips of beverage and bites of foods even though we were at a dining table by ourselves. Asked front desk about This and they apologized and said that was not there policy. Later in the evening we were again harassed by another security personnel while other patrons sat at their tables with out wearing masks.
