Rocky & Fred's did fantastic arrangements for my daughter and fiance for Valentine's Day . Purchased very late on 2/13 and arrived as scheduled on 2/14. By far the best arrangements I have seen in a long time. Thank you we will definitely highly recommend .
Terrible service. Ordered flowers for a Saturday wedding, was not delivered until Sunday and looking nothing like the photo of the arrangement we ordered. The business has yet to reply to our demand for a refund, forcing us to instead dispute the charge with AMEX.
