We ended up going with American Family after acquiring a new home, and getting a few insurance quotes from a few different companies. Rocky was the most helpful through the process, and also had the most reasonable rates. Easy decision.

I just recently bought a new vehicle and sold my old vehicle to my boyfriend. My policy should have been transferred from my old vehicle to my new one. Instead it was transferred to my boyfriend with my old vehicle. Now their telling me that I'm past due on my payments and wanting more money that I already paid.
