Managers Abi and Patrick do a great job keeping our park clean and safe. It’s nice to see Managers active and always available for you!!
Pretty quiet place. Could do better with upkeep and fixing the driveways/ roads since your raise rent every year. otherwise I've been here almost 5 years and it's been decent
I just want to say that rocky creek states MHC is a wonderful place to live,I I am very grateful to abi and mr Patrick for all the hard and wonderful work they have done as Managers because since they took charge of this place it became a paradise. Thank you very much for everything Abi and mr. Patrick,may God take care of you and bless you for everything you have done.
Abi is great. Her husband is great too.She is friendly and willing to stop whatever she doing (ex: mowing, walking the community with her garbage pale and picker, and occasionally a time or two in the office), and helps however is needed... even when it is just to offer a listening ear and a compassionate heart. I have witnessed both of them go above and beyond what managers have ever done in past years. We been here for many years and have truly loved watching the transformation that the NEW managers, Abi & Patrick have brought transforming the typical trailer court (trash) to a safe family community. They walked in on a bad and unfair situation and they have gone above and beyond to bring the park to a level that it should have been in the beginning. They like a clean tidy park.
