I recently visited Rocky Creek Dental, and I wanted to share my experience regarding the level of care I received. The moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. The dental team took the time to explain each step of the extraction process of my tooth and ensure I fully understood how to care for the tooth. ZERO stars! I have SEVERE dental anxiety due to a childhood experience. When Dr ****** was there, you were treated respectfully and your comfort and care were priority. Ever since they became corporate owned, their service is garbage. Arrived for an 8:20 Appt at 8:00 to fill out updated paperwork. Called back and it took the temp over an hour to complete x-rays. Had to still have a panoramic x-ray done because the individuals were not clear. Saw the hygienist for a few minutes and then waited another 30 for the dentist to co... read more

I went to Dr. Ransom just for a cleaning, and one of the associates came into the room with a clipboard and told me I had to have Invisalign, which would cost $4000-$6000 and that insurance would NOT pay for it!! I didn't NEED Invisalign! I felt like I was being taken advantage of, and I did not like that at all. Tip for people who go to Dr. Jessica Ransom: LEAVE NOW AND FIND ANOTHER DENTIST! DO NOT GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF LIKE I DID!
Rocky Creek wants people to pay very high prices for things that they really do not have the money for! They want $4000-$6000 for Invisalign trays, and they say that insurance won't pay for things like that. People don't have that kind of money. Rocky Creek just lost another customer! I felt like I was being taken advantage of and I do NOT like that. Plus, for the past few times I went, I did NOT GET TO SEE THE MAIN DENTIST! I am VERY DISAPPOINTED!
