I have loved living here! I work from home so a quiet, peaceful place is necessary and Rocky Creek delivers. Maintenance is nice and responds quickly, front office is responsive and kind, neighbors are respectful and quiet, and property is generally kept up with, making it a safe, relaxing place to live. :)
I had such an amazing stay at Ricky point most importantly , Damon the maintenance guy is such a wonderful person. He’s always right on time and he takes great care of his tenants me and the other neighbors just love him. His manager Darren is super supportive as well. The staff is really terrific and if I wasn’t moving back home to another state I would definitely choose this stay again. Keep up the great work guys and thank you Rhonda for being such a great spirit as well. Much love Rocky point and farewell….
I went on a tour and the property is just excellent. The maintenance Supervisor Mr. Thomas is one of the nicest and respectful person you could ever meet. He has a very sweet attitude, very polite and very knowledgeable of the property. I got a chance to meet the Manager Mr. Darren who is another great access to the property. What a great place to live if you are in the looking field. You all should be voted as Number 1 apartment in Tampa Florida to live at. Keep up the good work!!! Rocky Creek Apartments is the best complex I’ve lived in. I have live here for over 5 years and I have not had any problems or complaints about this community or their amazing team. I would also like to thank Damon, Rhonda, and Darren for not only making me feel welcomed but also the support I received when I moved in.
I really enjoyed living here. I lived here about 3 years ago and every time I had something that need to be fixed. It was done very fast. The staff in the office always made sure I got my packages if they were not left at my door.
