I’m 4 months in staying here, and I have to say this is one of the most upkept properties I’ve ever lived in! The management team and the residents are all amazing. I literally couldn’t complain if I wanted to, it’s home.
I’ve lived here for 3 years and would renew for a 4th if I weren’t moving to another state for a job opportunity. The office and maintenance team are truly so nice and helpful and the community itself is quiet and always well maintained. If I ever move back to Tampa, I would definitely consider moving back here again. Today, they brought out a food truck with ice cream and coffee for “resident appreciation week” and I got a complimentary iced coffee. The vibe here is wonderful and that starts with the friendly and professional staff and continues with the well kept surroundings. It’s a resort and homey feel at the same time.
