I had an amazing experience with the installer Kyle he came to my house on Sunday afternoon to cover up my door glass free of charge! Then when they got the glass on Monday they came and replaced it on time. Talk about going the extra mile.
DO NOT do business here! A few weeks ago I contacted them about getting my windshield replaced. The installer chipped the paint all around the windshield, left black glue all over the trim and broke the wiper cowl on the hood which he attempted to glue together afterwards with the same black glue he used on the window. Carmen told me to give her a few days and they would replace the cowl and send me to a shop to get the paint fixed. In feb. 2014, A technician from Rockys auto glass came to my home to replace my windshield. When tech. told me he was finished I paid with credit card and he said my reciept would be emailed to me, After 3 phone calls I still do not have it! I was recovering from surgery and did not drive the auto for several days, then I noticed my washers were not hook up. On my way to work and a pipe hit my windshield. Yes, a pipe. I called a few places and these guys had the best price and came by the same day. My windshield was replaced at work at I was ready to go by the time my shift was over. Very convenient.
My son used Rocky's to replace his cracked windshield. Unfortunately Rocky's did such a poor job, installing the windshield incorrectly, that it cracked the first time he used his windshield wipers. When we spoke to Kyle at Rocky's, Kyle indicated that they were not responsible for replacing the cracked windshield even though the poor installation caused it to crack when the wipers were used.
