I rented from rockworth for around 7 or 8 years. They were exceptional land management (landlord? Landlords?). Through emergency furnace repairs in the dead of winter and water heater replacements, they were always available for any issues or concerns and fast to deal with everything that came up. Rockworth was very easy to work with.
Oh my goodness I could not say enough pleasant things about this rental company. They have beautiful properties, reasonable prices and they make sure you have everything you need when you move in. The process was so fast and thorough I was amazed. If you or your family is looking for a rental company this is definitely the one!
This is by far the best company to rent a home from I have been with Rockworth Proerties for 3 1/2 years. Great customer service. Anytime I need any maintenances work done they either come the same day or next they never make me wait. If I could rate them 10 stars I would.
Rented a house for about 5.5 years from them. Any time there was an issue, it was resolved promptly. Never had any issues with the management company. Would recommend.
