A fantastic company to work with! They are quick to help resolve tenant and owner related issues or assist with any questions or concerns. They are both professional and honest! They will lie to you about everything to try and get you to rent here. The garage doors are not installed and the lighting is poor inside the parking garage. The “manager” is never there and acts extremely unprofessional! It is new, but poorly constructed and you have to pay them for not only outside gas, but inside as well, because there is no meter. No matter the response to this post, it would be a nightmare to live at Decker Station!
Maintaining properties is very important, even if they are brand new! Communication is also very important as well with residents. Managers should be closely supervised.
We were one of the subcontractors on the Twenty Ones Project in Sugarhouse. We finished the project in June of 2024. It is now February of 2024 and we haven't been paid by Rockworth or the GC they Hired. 7 months of ZERO PAYMENT!!!! These people wont return calls and don't respect subcontractors. Do not build their projects in Salt Lake City! They will use you and not return your calls. Make sure you get a pre-lien on the project! Call us Back! We arent going away!
