KitchenAid Repair Lynnwood helped me with an over that was not working well and then, when it could not be fixed, helped me get a new one. They came out several times to see if the old one could be resuscitated but finally recommended a new one. I got a quote on the new oven and installation from a "budget" appliance dealer, and it was just a bit cheaper. I rarely write reviews. But now I want to write. I feel very embarrassed when something goes wrong in my house. Because it's hard to find a good and reliable repair workers and companies. Second time this year needing appliance repair. First time was for a fridge/freezer not staying cold. This time it was a dryer that was not getting hot. Both times excellent service. First repair was on a 20 year old fridge so a few days to get parts was reasonable. Second repair on 3.5 year old dryer, had replacement heating element on the truck and fixed in 30 minutes. Great service, knowledgeable technician!

Our fridge wasn't working, so we saw KitchenAid Repair Lynnwood reviews and called. Technician was very courteous and scheduled a visit for the very next day. He also calls you half hour before he arrives, which is awesome. He did an excellent job in fixing the fridge and his pricing was very reasonable. We had to call him back since the freezer drawer seemed a little funny and he came back immediately to take a look.
