Extremely disappointed with the level of service and communication from this HOA management. The HOA manager seriously needs better training on how to communicate with homeowners and respond to legitimate complaints. Instead of acknowledging concerns and taking accountability, the responses we received felt dismissive and came across as simply brushing us off. Received a vague letter about an issue with my lawn about a month ago. I pulled weeds, fertilized, and mowed it shorter, assuming one of those things was the concern. Today I received a “second” notice saying I had failed to correct the issue and would be fined if it wasn’t fixed within 14 days. The problem is, I still don’t know what I’m supposed to fix. My roommate and I had a wonderful experience getting our apartment at Jefferson Alley. Jared helped us out and made the process run seamless throughout. We also appreciated his honesty! Max was also great on move in day!

I was shocked to see that. The gardeners in the common area did not do a thorough cleanup. The 1st day they were here, leaving branches on the ground in the common area and thousands of cones, usually with the other gardening group we used to have. They did one cleanup a year that was thorough. This gardening crew is not good and should be terminated. They did a terrible job 3 weeks ago. I know one thing. Nobody likes your customer service. And every time I call, I never get through nobody. He's happy with greenstone or rock with management. You need to improve and you're you're not. Why is that I'm confused? You're gardening is not doing their job, at least in our area. As they closed out too early in the season and and left a mess. Really bad. You could have come back and helped us clean. As many people complained in the whole neighborhood the common area looked like a a disaster
