This is a great place! I had a tour and Keara was really great, she showed me around, introduced me to a few residents, and showed the apartment, community room and it seemed like a great community down there!
This is a smoke free building. And is handicap accessible! Lease terms and options are predatory. Garage policies are questionable, and unfortunately leaves much to be desired. Not consumer friendly. However there is free off-street parking available, as well as paid reserved parking. The bldg itself is decent and clean. This building does not have storage lockers, and has multiple pest issues!
