I have lived her for sometime and have noticed that there is extremely high turnover. With the recent changes the quality of workmanship has gone down. I had a shower issue in one of my bathrooms and it took them almost three weeks to fix it. After fixing it, instead of repairing the wall the maintenance man puts a piece of unfinished plywood on the wall. I think it is time for my family and I to move. Lived there for 3 years, it is an ok place but not the best. The maintenance crew was good, when you have a problem they respond quickly to our concerns or when something needed to be change. I did not feel safe walking to my apartment at night, I was robbed from my car twice during those 3 years and my front neighbor was robbed as well. They had to call the police multiple times due to suspicious activities at night.
