Well, this is my second review after living here for a while, and I have to agree with the person who wrote the review in 2006 that maintenance people have attitude, as well, the management company in New Haven is not any better with the attitude issue. They act like you are an idiot. They give you your renewal lease two weeks before the end of your current lease. Brainless and clueless, these people. The outside is wonderful here. There are tables and chairs with umbrellas, sliding lounges, hammocks and benches all over. Everywhere there are different types of trees, flowers, birds and wild life, mostly squirrels. Each year something new gets added. I have a large garden plot which gets re-cultivated every spring to grow my own edibles and flowers. The buildings are old, but they keep them up nicely. Seems nice and quiet, except our floors squeak like crazy. We dont hear our neighbors at all. Appliances work well, i.e., garbage disposal, coffee maker, large (gas) stove. Grounds are kept nice. Havent had to have anything fixed yet, so I cant comment on how long it takes for someone to actually show up to fix anything. Snow plowing gets started right away in the parking lot.
