I have lived here 6 years now. First 3 were wonderful. Paid my rent on time. Quiet nice neighbors. Maintenance took care of things, great managers. We always felt appreciated by bonus $ if we released early. People stayed. Turnover low. Last 3 years it's been hell. Rent has gone up almost $400 in last 3 years. Different rates for same apartment type. Manager acts nice, but 2-faced. Talks down to you. Many problems. So many empty apartments. People very unhappy when they leave. Save yourself the stress.
