The design process went very smoothly, and I was originally very happy with the cabinets. However, I guess you get what you pay for. A year and a half later, there are chips everywhere, drawers that don’t align properly, and several that constantly come off the track. I contacted the company, and they want to charge me to have someone come fix them. Talk about not standing behind your work!
From the beginning.Emily the designer was really good at imagining what went where and meet our needs. John is a fantastic installer of the kitchen and Vu who came to do the touch ups should be made an installer himself. Vu is a perfectionist and everything came out perfect. Rockwood prices are very fair and made our house look times better.
I worked from start to finish with Erin Scott on a complete kitchen renovation. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with my million questions and changes of mind. This was my 3rd kitchen with Rockwood; they are easy to work with, the pricing is fair, and the product is solid. Will be back next time :)
Our experience with RockWood was great! The designer helped us come up with a beautiful kitchen design and within our tight budget. The installers were very skilled and did a fantastic job. They addressed any issues I had right away and offered great customer service. I would highly recommend RockWood if you are looking for a good quality kitchen for a fair price!
