The staff is so sweet to my fur babies!! Thank you for the beautiful card after our Sweet boy Harley Davidson succumbed to his battle with lymphoma. He is missed so bad by the entire family and friends who knew him. Furevever in our hearts!
I highly recommend Rockwood Hospital For Pets!!! I have tried many others in the Wausau area before and have never gotten the same service as I have from Rockwood! Dr. Caitlin is an amazing veterinarian and I love her staff as well! She is very thorough and knowledgeable. She caught and treated my dog Luke for Blastomycosis (twice) and her ability to immediately know what to do saved his life! Hands down the best Veterinarian in the area and definitely worth the drive from Wausau!!
I love these guys , they are amazing ! They care about my fur babies , they go beyond what it takes to care for them. I trust the Doctor , and staff. My Dexter ( a German Shepherd) loves them , he is a nervous guy, but not there . He is calm and comfortable.
This is by far the most caring vet office I have ever been to! They called multiple times to check in on my cat, Pete. The staff is absolutely wonderful. I wish I would receive this care from my own doctor! I would recommend to anyone needing vet care for their pets.

We appreciate Rockwood's emphasis on holistic care, starting with nutrition and whole foods. Having support in choosing holistic options of care is hard to find and such a blessing. Plus, their gentle, understanding approach was so helpful in caring for our vet-phobic dog. we really appreciated their compassion.
Rockwood has been amazing to our family. They found something about our fur baby way in advance and were so good in helping us. They would always call us to check and see how she was doing. Very caring. When the day came we had to say goodbye to our Chloe; the staff at Rockwood were so kind and patient with us. Highly recommend!
