Very unorganized and disrespectful. We arrived at 1:34 for a 1:30 appointment due to unforseen downtown construction and no parking in the parking garage. It was an appointment that the physician organized a month sooner than originally scheduled due to the urgency of the case and they said they could not accommodate our lateness and need to reschedule. No grace given whatsoever. And they couldn't even help with the reschedule.
I have seen this Doctor, dr. Stephen Thew he is awesome. Reassured me about my issues, very friendl, kind, and professional. Would recommend. Thank you
Would have given them 5 stars if theY validated the $3 parking fee. Staff was very kind and informative.
Been here and few times, not my favorite offices but today was beyond unacceptable. I literally just watched a receptionist tell a random person the location/dr of a patient's appointment. The random only had a time, name and birthday of the patient. While the random was probably the patient's child, there's literally no way to know they were not a crazy stalker. Additionally, without the randoms name, there's no way to confirm they are allowed to be told any of the patient's information.
I am very pleased with Dr. Joel Galloway and his assistant Amanda, however, Dr. Galloway's support staff leaves much to be desired. Dr. Galloway is very knowledgeable and straight forward.
