I like my physician, but the scheduling system is terrible and needs to change. Instead of a central scheduler it appears that each physician has their own independent scheduler. The biggest problem? This person has never once been at their desk when I've called. I leave a message and maybe a few days later i'll get a call back. In some cases i've never gotten a call back. And if I miss their call back days later? Too bad, back to square one. Leave another voicemail for someone not at their desk and hopefully catch their cal... read more

Pitiful process for scheduling! There should be one office with all schedulers for all doctors instead of being transferred to multiple people. Also the doctors need to have more time in each location or be assigned to one location to make scheduling easier for the patient. After a major STEMI with 2 stents placed told to follow up two weeks after discharge but the earliest appointment was 7 weeks out. Saw the doctor then and told to follow up within 4 weeks and couldn’t get an appointment for at least 8 weeks!! What happene... read more
