Pitiful process for scheduling! There should be one office with all schedulers for all doctors instead of being transferred to multiple people. Also the doctors need to have more time in each location or be assigned to one location to make scheduling easier for the patient. After a major STEMI with 2 stents placed told to follow up two weeks after discharge but the earliest appointment was 7 weeks out. Saw the doctor then and told to follow up within 4 weeks and couldn’t get an appointment for at least 8 weeks!! What happene... read more
The most ridiculous appointment scheduling system I have ever had to deal with and none of them care.
I was seen a couple years ago and I’m still pissed off about the level of care NOT given. Dr. Adam Noyes walked into my room and the first thing out of his mouth, before the door was even closed, was “you’re overweight.” This was my first time meeting him and my first impression of this clinic. I gave him a list of symptoms I was having and he didn’t bother writing a single one down. They called me to tell me they don't see patients with my diagnosis. This is unacceptable but not surprising given the current disregard by this country for women's healthcare. However, I look forward to not entering the rough city called Spokane again. Regardless, I didn't consent to receiving detailed voicemails with my name and diagnoses listed. It's unfortunate that HIPPA training is not given to staff anymore.
