They called me to tell me they don't see patients with my diagnosis. This is unacceptable but not surprising given the current disregard by this country for women's healthcare. However, I look forward to not entering the rough city called Spokane again. Regardless, I didn't consent to receiving detailed voicemails with my name and diagnoses listed. It's unfortunate that HIPPA training is not given to staff anymore.
Wanted re testing they did not inform me of while waiting 2 months for an appointment. Completed it to be told they no longer accept patients with my condition with no help or referral elsewhere. This place does not care about patients.
After 2.5 years of dealing with our awful Healthcare system I was finally referred to an EP for my POTS diagnosis... I had hope for some sort of help and guidance. Less than 3 weeks before my appointment I recieved a call they are no longer seeing POTS patients and told me to see my referring provider. My referring provider was from THEIR office so now I am left to start over? No other suggestions or offer to help, just complete disregard for how bad a patient is suffering.
