Outstanding maintenance crew and nice staff. Amenities have been cut as rent has skyrocketed. Pool was ripped out many years ago for "maintenance" and then, abolished. Current corporate management evidently has disdain for their long time residents. Flowers are called the amenity. Washers and dryers are run by Hercules and it is the tenant's job to report any broken machines. Heat is turned off too early in the early spring and turned on too late in the early fall. 40 degree nights require heat. Tenants pay for their own heat, anyway. They just can't be bothered. We have been living here for more than 2 years now. It’s an old complex (I believe it’s 52 years) but very well maintained. The maintenance crew work very hard to keep the place clean and beautiful. Anything goes wrong, they are only a phone call or email away. I give a 4 star instead of 5 star, only because this is not a smoke free complex, and both sides of our neighbors are smokers.
