The most unprofessional experience that I’ve ever encountered. After touring homes and deciding to purchase one outright in cash, going through the application process and working with the park for proper documentation in order to have the funds pulled from my 401k - they sold the home to somebody else then blamed it on me not putting money down when they never mentioned it. Prices keep going up but God forbid we ask them too ice our roads!! I can't believe no one has sued them. Been living here almost 10 years and am looking to move,not so happy anymore 😌
