They were SO friendly and accommodating! I told them I'm sensitive to noises, like the sound of grinding or drilling and the dentist checked in with me multiple times to check on my experience with the sounds. My teeth are also pretty sensitive, so, whenever I had pain, they kept checking in with me, noticed my non verbal cues, and added more freezing to the area, which happened quite a few times. Folks. When you find a Dental Clinic that isn't part of a conglomerate, and the Dentist and team are as professional and personable as they are at "Rockwood Dental", stay with them. I especially liked how all options are discussed, recommendations made, and I felt like I was being a part of the process instead of being offered narrow, "upsell" options like my previous conglomerate-owned clinic. My review is sincere, genuine, and I appreciated my first visit.
Quick and efficient
I walked in without and appointment as I live across the street and had some sudden tooth issues. Asked if they could help me later that day or tomorrow. They said no they would get me in right away to address my deep cavity. I’ll be back for further treatment next week. Fast and friendly 10 stars.
They were very kind and patient with my mother who had an emergency and was in pain. 10/10 would recommend
