Management is really nice. Maintenance is efficent and diligent. Neighbors are great. They keep to themselves and aren't intrusive. Quiet neighborhood even on weekends. Best place I have lived outside of my parent's home. I have rented some really bad places and this isn't one of them. COVID 19 Update: During the pandemic, they still provide a wonderful apartment. I had a water heater emergency and they got on it in less than a week, even with the safety measures in place.

Love love love the tenants here . But definitely not worth getting ripped off for sure ! Do not move here if you are a young family. Very unprofessional managment. I have tried to contact the apartment complex OWNER but there is no number, name, or adress on file ... there is just an apartment manager, and her husband as the maintenance manager . If you are young be prepared to get ganged up on by both of them. They will not help you , charge you for things they say they did not , call you delinquents when you pay your rent ... read more
