At office visits he doesn't have a lot of eye contact. But he is easy to talk to, and listens. Many doctors don't. I had some nervousness at having a cystoscopy today, but his nurse was excellent at explaining everything that would happen. Then Dr Rockwood came in and was so good at telling me everything that was going to occur, and what he was doing and why. After, he explained what his findings were and what it meant for me. He answered all my questions. I felt very safe in his hands!
Used to be very attentive and seemed concerned about my health. Now seems rushed and distracted.
